One of the most critical points for every corporate is to arrange, in a fast and integrated way,  its financial data in financial statements (charts) or in a consolidated manner for easy visualization. The general ledger management system from Agent2b, besides agile and secure, synchronizes and retrieves accounting entries from several other modules from Teknisa so as to efficiently shorten the time spent in gathering information located in different locations.

Multicurrency-enabled, it also allows for complete budget management, supporting several organizational segments. It allows yet for multiple-entry bookkeeping - various debit entries for various credit ones or vice-versa - and the user can set up standard ratios and history in order to ease journal entries and these can be recorded through double-entry bookkeeping and also be imported from the other systems.

The user can view data at various levels by account, history, value, document number, customer, supplier and financial institution and besides there graphical resources that allow for annual budget comparison with the company's actual situation. That gives the system a complete management capacity and provides great economy since it is fully integrated. 

Its many functionalities include management and processing of: daybook; general ledger; trial balance; balance sheet; accounting statements in accordance with current regulations; subsidiary ledgers for management of bank/cash transactions, suppliers and customers containing monthly balances, besides standard ratios for cost center entries.
