Managing a company's financial information is a hard work that demands agility and a high level of accuracy. In order to meet these requirements, Teknisa lauched Accounts Receivable module, a software solution from Agent2b that aims to provide much more reliability in financial data maintenance.

Being integrated with modules Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Stock, the system automates the whole AR processing operations, thus speeding up and making this work more efficient. 

By means of wired communication with banks the system allows for automatic clearing of accounts receivable as customers make their payments and all information on current account transactions feeds modules Banking Control and Accounting.

Multi-company enabled, this system yet lets a company process split payments, calculate interest rates of overdue customer payments and also access management information with customer ABC classification method. The user can view graphical information on-screen, process payment bills and generate management and operational reports upon any specific need.
