Through full integration with the Purchasing functionality, the Supply Management module from Agent2b aims to provide critical price negotiation capabilities for attaining the least supplier prices by consolidating the material requirements across a company's units.

The system allows a company to focus offorts on the negotiation of the best vendor prices through its several procurement functionalities, namely: negotiation history; price simulation; quote with exclusive vendors for comparison with others; ideal price calculation. Besides, product quality and supplier performance can be tracked and managed through its integration with the Quality Management module available in Agent2b.

Further, the purchase order can be automatically created directly from a request for quote. In addition, if a company's purchasing process is descentralized, the system allows it to distribute the best attained supplier prices to its branch-offices. Supply Management module also features reporting functionalities that allow for a complete insight into of the  whole procurement process, generating statistical information on purchases, bought volumes in ABC analysis, average lead-times to evaluate the feasibility of purchased products and suppliers.
