Implementation

Based on the broad knowledge of our systems and years of experience, we developed our own implementation methodology. It allowed us to define standard methods and proceedings to be followed to conduct all stages of a project with aim at successfull results. Our project management policy is also based on the PMI concepts, covering all areas and allowing for successfull conclusion by means of the PDCA cycle.

The methodology includes three stages:

- Assigning the technical team: in this stage, a project manager is assigned. This professional is chosen according to the customer's demands in order to ensure the best performance for the project.

- Data Survey: in this stage, we analyse the customer's business environment, needs and priorities.

- Elaborating and carrying out the work plan: we present our implementation proposals for each department/work process, tasks and responsibilities.

The methodology is aimed mainly at work processes, thus ensuring:

- Time reduction;

- Involvement of a fewer number workforce;

- Lower workload for the administrative departments;

- Better involvement and communication between staffs;

- Integration of the tasks;

- Positive results throughout the project and not only at its end;

Project Manager

The project manager plays an important role in the systems implementation process. By means of this professional, both the customer and Teknisa together define the work execution plan. The project manager is responsible for organizing and granting effective communication strategies, besides elaborating and managing the project plan.

Implementation Consultant

The implementation consultant is responsible for performing the trainings to all users or in a train-the-trainer approach, supporting them in the system operations or other tasks of the project plan and ensuring information accuracy.

Consulting

Teknisa counts on personnel with know-how in the food service segment  such as nutriotionists, dietetic technicians and food service business managers. These professionals can help customers define their business operations and strategies. It's important to remark that these services are not limited to the use of Teknisa systems.
