This module aims to help a company steer and plan every stage of meal tray assembly, thus allowing it to generate a daily production map for each airline with basis on the production manual.
By tracking all airline related requirements, the system lets catering providers know what, how much and when to produce, in addition to following up the statuses of each production department on-line.
To eliminate raw material waste and avoid delays, its production planning capabilities allow for kitchen activity and production time monitoring, all based on statistical passenger forecasts. The module offers time scale reports for each production stage and offers automatic material requitioning.
