Stock module monitors all inventory activity and lets you perform goods check-in and check-out. Consumption forecasts generated by the Food Planning module are readily taken into account so as to maintain control over stock levels and withdrawals for production are recorded to keep you up-to-date with your actual consumption. A key feature of the Stock module is the cycle count which allows for verification of possible deviations by selecting a random number of products and rating them through ABC classification.

It yet integrates with the Purchasing module so as to let you calculate purchase requirements based on what you've planned and your current stock levels. Besides, received goods can be compared to what you really ordered to your suppliers at the moment of check-in so as to find out divergencies and avoid over- and undersupplying.

Stock module also allows you to view your inventory movement considering or not related taxes and, to provide a more accurate stock management, it offers several reports such as current stock level, product expiration, ABC classification, etc. Further, all operations decribed herein can be performed by palmtop device, thus leveraging your service quality and saving you time to focus on your business.
