Software Maintenance
Teknisa, as a technology solutions provider, aims at providing clients with the most modern technology and to reach this goal we work towards keeping our products at the top level in terms of innovation.
We provide specialized solutions for the food service market. This means that all work processes belonging to this segment are already incorporated into our systems, but customizations are possible although rarely needed. That does not occur with general-purpose systems.
If implementations are needed, customizations and modifications can be done by means of Delphi for Rich Client applications and ASP for Thin Client applications.
Our systems' outputs (reports, files, worksheets, etc.) can be customized by the own user without the need of requesting Teknisa, since such feature is already built into the systems, thus being free of cost. Other modifications can be requested ans will be accepted after feasibility evaluation. All clients' on-order customizations remain available to be tracked on our website.
Program Updates
Teknisa ensures new periodical program versions to clients. Upgrades also occur every time modifications, additional features or improvements are needed.
New versions are scheduled to take place from 3 to 4 times a year. Along with each one, we set available an user's manual titled “What's new in XXX version” so as to teach operating the new systems' functions.
Furthermore, modifications can also be done by means of patch file to solve clients' urgent needs. Teknisa's systems' update are disclosed on the official website, be it made by new versions, patch or bug-fix files, so that the own client is able to download the update packages.
To install our systems on their computers, our clients even receive a specific tool that makes installation process easier and simple. All systems' version or patch files are documented with detailed explanation about “what is new” in each one to enable users to be aware of what has been implemented.
Clients can track each step of the evolution of their on-order requests on our website, being even possible to be aware of which employee is responsible for the work in each stage. All client relationships are reported so that we can better follow up our clients requests.
