In menu engineering, it allows for a numerous set of combinations by considering foodstuff seasonality and diners' recommended nutrients. Besides that, after meals have been served, the quantities prepared and the food scraps can be entered into the system and it will make measurements and analysis to serve as basis for your next planning.

 

In addition to managing your specific catering contracts, the module also lets you know which foodstuffs are increasing your menu costs. Several other costing features even allow for a complete tracking of production with different currencies.
