Teknisa counts on professionals to give trainings to our customers in order to enable them carry out their activities using our softwares. This is an essential service during the first implementation as well as for systems upgrade and professionals updating training.

The service's time estimate takes into consideration the trainees professional profile who will use the software. The training is more useful for professionals who have some experience in computer sciences/information technology or have already operated any other software. Moreover, it's indispensable that the professionals involved have a good knowledge of the company's current process so that they can easily insert data in the system.

Teknisa's implementation policy and softwares architecture aim at providing enough support to make all users of our solutions able to create/edit reports, graphs and set system configurations at their choice. Besides software training, Teknisa can also give trainings according to the client's need through a partnership agreement.

Following-up the Professional

- The professional will stay at the client's company for execution of the service;

- The rendered service will be registered in Teknisa's standard data form and this will be approved by the client to confirm the work and the time spent by the professional.
