Educational formation

Concerned with the educational formation of the personnel, Teknisa promotes periodical improvement courses and stimulates the employees to prolongate their academic life through partnerships with universities and schools that provide them with distinct discounts. We also hold an incentive policy to stimulate the learning of a second language so that the company will be able to deal with the international market. For employees that work in the international department we offer them classes in small groups within the company. To those interested in an international career, Teknisa stimulates them to learn a second language through our partnership with language schools that offer discounts.

 

Training

Still concerned with the development of the employees, Teknisa holds a department called the Traning department responsible for promoting technical abilities improvement. The knowledge, abilities and attitudes developed during the trainings are followed up and evaluated per semester. A great part of these trainings are coached by Teknisa's  employees because we stimulate the formation of internal intsructors by providing them with recompensation for each hour of class taught to staffs. The improvement of our staff means the growth of quality in our services and products offered to our clients.

 

Evaluation of Performance

This is an annual process that encourages the professional growth of employees by means of evaluation and analysis of competences. The general outcomes are presented to the whole staffs and the individual results are directly treated  between the employee and the department manager, with the aim at assembling the IDP (Individual Development Plan).

 

Innovation Project

This project stimulates and supports new ideas and contributions to continuously improve all Teknisa's products and processes. All employees can participate with their ideas and together with the directors they discuss the priorities and viability of each idea. All the participants receive a gift for their participation and interest.

 

10 years with the company

Teknisa's department leaders are given a car as a reward for ten years of good service to the company. The  aim is to ease their locomotion to the company. 
 

Best employees of the year
Every year, at the fraternization feast, the best employees are voted by their own work colleagues. The elected one is given gifts such as palm top computers, televisions, computer accessories, microsystem radios, etc.
 

Best employee of the month
Besides the annual reward, the best employees are monthly selected according to the projects and works carried out in the company and the elected staff is given a prize.
 

Library and Internet
A library containaing books of diverse areas  is available to all employees in order to give them the chance to remain self-updated. The internet is available for all employees, be it for official or personal use. Teknisa's aim is to give them access to several kinds of information. They must only follow the internal and  international rules for its use.

Health

Teknisa provides a health package that includes health plan and odontological assistance for employees and their family.

 

Insurance

Teknisa's employees are covered with a life insurance from the moment they get hired.

 

Agreements

Teknisa counts on the support of several institutions that offer our employees special conditions for their services:

universities; language schools, beauty salons; psychotherapy; oriental therapy (relaxation); gymns; restaurants; aesthetic clinics; clubs, amongst others.

 

Open-door Policy

The concern about keeping a pleasant working environment led Teknisa to establish the Open-door Policy in which employees are able to ask the board of directors for advices. This warrants a satisfactory integration between employees and the company's directors.
