TEKNISA respects the privacy rights of personal data and is therefore in compliance with Law No. 13.709 - General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Data collection via forms
The TEKNISA website provides forms that are filled in voluntarily by the DATA SUBJECT, on the legal basis of Art. 7, I (ordinary data) - Consent of the Data Subject.
The following information can be collected, stored and used, but not limited to: name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, job title, address, area of work, department, company.
This data is collected for the purpose of guaranteeing communication between the HOLDER and TEKNISA, such as, but not limited to: publicizing TEKNISA products; publicizing launches, campaigns and promotions; broadcasting relevant content for the market served by TEKNISA; publicizing events; sending newsletters; scheduling demonstrations of our products.
Information such as e-mail and telephone number may be used to contact the authorized team, for the purpose of scheduling and demonstrating presentations regarding TEKNISA and its products.

The HOLDER may, at any time, access their data for updating purposes, as well as request its deletion. Deletion of essential information will result in termination of the HOLDER's registration and cancellation of services.

By accepting this Policy, the HOLDER declares that he/she is aware of and agrees to the collection, storage, use and processing of his/her data by TEKNISA, as set out in this document.
This Policy shall be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13,709/2018, with the jurisdiction of the city of Belo Horizonte, MG, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
This policy may be amended at any time, without prior notice or communication, by publishing the new version on the website. We recommend that HOLDERS check this Policy before using the services available on the site.
