Yes, it is possible. What's more, the system has been designed so that you don't have to create item by item or location by location. These can be created in bulk and can also be imported.

When you register a location or asset in the system, it generates a QR Code that can be attached to the location or to the equipment where the service will be carried out. This QR Code can be “read” by cell phone or tablet. Reading this QR Code will help with the following activities:

  • For the operators carrying out the services, the QR Code identifies the location where they are scheduled to perform the service and automatically opens the checklist of activities as well as the details and instructions regarding the activities.
  • For operators carrying out maintenance, the QR Code identifies the location or equipment where they are scheduled to carry out the maintenance and automatically opens the work order record as well as the details and instructions for the service.
  • For those in charge, the QR Code identifies the location or equipment on which a service or maintenance has been carried out, and opens the screen for inspecting the activities carried out.

You can control the frequency of maintenance and services by creating checklists of activities.

By registering a piece of equipment or service location and linking tasks to it, you can set up recurring maintenance tasks or checklists of activities to be carried out.

Photo recording is used to identify, during inspections, any non-conformity in the service carried out, as well as ensuring that the service has been provided to the required standard. All the photos recorded during these operations can be viewed in the system's reports.

When selecting a type of maintenance for a specific piece of equipment, the Facilities Management Teknisa system registers the need for supplies - if they are already in stock, which works from our ERP's stock and Purchasing system. In addition, it deducts the supplies from stock; if the supplies are not available, a purchase order is generated to guarantee the material needed for maintenance.

The value of a professional is calculated using the pricing routine. This calculation is based on the following information:

  • Professional's salary and charges;Benefits received by the professional;
  • Expenses incurred with it (uniforms, PPE...);
  • Taxes levied on services;
  • Other administrative fees and expected profit margin.

When putting together a proposal, in addition to calculating the professional's price, the values of assets and/or products that can be linked to the proposal can also be taken into account.
