The HCM system is integrated with Teknisa's ERP (accounting, financial, contract calculation, breakdown of labor expenses) and also has integration for purchasing vouchers and benefits from the main suppliers in the domestic market.

No. The HCM system is marketed entirely in SAAS (Software as a Service) mode; in other words, the system is in the “cloud” and all the necessary infrastructure is the responsibility of Teknisa's cloud management team.

Yes. The HCM system has all the functionalities needed to send all the events to eSocial and all the standard information has already been parameterized. The solution for sending eSocial, as well as the other ancillary obligations, is available in the “Payroll” module (there is no specific module marketed separately for this context).

Yes. eSocial events related to occupational health and safety are generated by the HCM system and can be sent to eSocial according to the mandatory start date.

Yes. We import the XML files sent to eSocial and we also make it possible to import information using spreadsheets whose layout has been previously defined.
